The quest for a Purple Division trophy began weeks ago with hours of practice in the pool all season and finding our inner rock and roll throughout spirit week. So much effort was put into hosting the greatest Divisional weekend from parental volunteers to the club staff and lifeguards. Even mother nature couldn't derail the fun on Friday night... after completing one relay event, thunder allowed us to rock right into the most epic Karaoke party. Thank you to our own Announcer/Starter/DJ Anthony Kent.

All of the teams joined in on the fun. I'm confident to say Purple won the rain delay.

Once we were back in the pool, effort came to fruition and the Blades rocked to the top and never looked back. The 10 and unders sealed the deal on Saturday. We are the proud winners of The Metcalf Cup (Quantity) and The Founder's Cup (Quality). I've always favored Quality over Quantity... but sure feels nice to have both.
