Congratulations to our swimmers that will be swimming this weekend. 

I just wanted to let you know that the scheduled vendor canceled this week.  They are working on finding another vendor but PLEASE make sure your swimmers bring enough food and drink for their meet session.

For those who are new...be patient.  This meet will go fast.  PLEASE make sure your swimmer is near or in the tent so when they are called to line up it is not a scramble to find them.  If you are an alternate - go to the Clerk of Course and tell them that you are there as an alternate for event # and your name.  If someone does not show up they will look for the alternates. 

PLEASE note if you scratch for any reason other than physical illness or death in the family, you will be fined $50 per individual event and $100 per relay.  This fine is the responsibility of the person scratching the event.

DON'T FORGET THE BANQUET ON SUNDAY, JULY 15 6 PM-8PM AT THE CLUB.  PLEASE CONTACT THE CONCIERGE AT 234-5100 TO RESERVE YOUR SEAT FOR SUNDAY.
